Yes, many programs have said depending on who signed early, would open up QB spots.
There is some sort of quiet period until after Christmas, so I guess we’ll see just what games these coaches are actually playing.
Many coaches have told me that Cooper being a mission kid really hurts him as a QB.

BYU wants him to play safety. He wants to play QB. I'd assume he goes to Utah State. Tho they just signed 3 star qb.
