they communicate etc. It is practice like everything. Young guys have a hard time picking up signals, being a good listener, understanding the little cues, they may have plenty of women who like them, but no idea,

also no idea what to do even if he did know. A guy who is successfully married, knows how to take the lead, listen, take her out socially, understand how important her family, her girlfriends, her dog etc. are, he even knows how to tease correctly.

Women are like restaurant critics, that is what you can learn from their dating. It is from having a business partner (wife) you learn to manager the restaurant, pay the taxes, market the restaurant, buy the food, negotiate the lease, hire-fire the employees, train the employees, cook the food, etc. etc.

You learn that from other restaurant owners, managers, chefs, etc. etc. (Other successful guys etc., a female partner etc.)

Dating sometimes you spend 2-8 hours with a restaurant critic and come away no wiser.

When I got married all I knew was go to the gym, make money or get career skills, dress nice, they get you in the door, but in reality you can do that and still suck with women. I know a BYU grad 43 commercial real estate guy who women find physically attractive and another 53 year old Mormon dude, attorney, physically fit.

And even though on paper they look okay, they just do not understand women. We went to dinner with them and my wife just kind of felt bad for then said it was like going out to eat with Larry David and a good looking version of his friend Jeff with less humor.

They don't know, what they don't know though and it only comes with practice and experience.
