Hint: it's possible he doesn't care about BYU or being a BYU legend.
Or it's possible he cares about BYU, but cares more about playing on a team that could be competitive on the national stage for a Rose Bowl at least, and maybe the CFP (and no, I'm not referring to Utah - Washington definitely fits this description, and Oregon and maybe USC have a decent shot - but defintely Washington). Do you honestly not see how that could possibly (probably?) be more attractive to an elite athlete and aspiring NFL player?
