There are probably 8 teams in the Pac12 that can legitimately compete for the Rose Bowl each year, so to me, an old dude that's less than elite, it's tough to base a decision on those criteria. If you want the spotlight and a team that can compete, to me BYU still fits--if BYU goes 10-2 or 11-1 in any particular year, which Puka would actually help them achieve, BYU has a shot at NY6 and/or the playoffs. Factor in you promised your dying dad you'd go to there, and your mom wants it, and your bro was a star there, you're of the same religion, etc., etc., and to me it'd make sense. I personally think other criteria should drive the decision. But the rumors persist BYU isn't really on the table, so we'll see.
