not sure how you can quantify that Yoeli "hasn't progressed at BYU"

he maybe hasn't progressed on the defensive end and seems to have gotten lazier when it comes to playing PNR defense but it's easy to see he's progressed on the offensive end (scoring is up, 3pt shooting is up, and his PER is up and the improvements this year were despite BYU playing a tougher SOS than in previous years.
