I still remember reading it for the first time to sign it, and being blown away buy the part that tells you to turn in fellow students if you see them breaking the HC. So when I signed it, my "Honor" was already shot, because there was now way I'd rat anyone out. Could you imagine a bishop, getting up in his ward and telling the congregation that if they see, or hear of any of their neighbors breaking the commandments, or not living the Gospel, to report them to him? Yet, that's what the "Honor" code does!
