I am mostly reading opinions that are one sided.

Either we should not make any allowances for this kid academically, even though we have lower academic standards for other athletes. Or his academic performance should not matter at all. And all of this excitement based on nothing credible being reported? It’s just an odd topic with little credible info and lots of opinions that can’t see the middle ground I think you are getting at.
