into the concept. I like the idea of more efficient workouts. I just don't want them to be so hard I stop doing them. Thats a tough balance. I've gotten into a good jogging routine, but its just really stuck out to me on the scale that when i've gone and played ultimate frisbee with the scouts or basketball...i'm losing more weight...significantly more weight because it. So its weird i've had to remind myself that I should focus on participating in those things as much as possible as opposed to jogging because I enjoy them more and they are more effective.
