Stair climber and elíptical is possibly your answer.
I do 15 min prior to every weight lifting session. Sometimes more. It’s a great way to warm up and there is no knee pain.

Many of my aches and pains are gone and it actually helps with core muscles and balance.

Worth trying a low impact cardiovascular exercise if you have bad knees
