The ramps from the lower level to the concourse are as follows:
On the east side lower level, the ramps begin mid-concourse and run up to the north and south the length of the concourse. The reason they are so long is because they are now wheelchair accessible. They run 30 inches up over 30 feet of length followed by a 4 foot landing (repeated all the way up to the top).
The east side is shown in this rendering:
There are no new ramps on the west side. The existing ramps that run west to east and then switchback east to west once (under the stands) will remain in use.
