Goals: Start to slowly bulk again. Just came out of contest prep mode and need to build that muscle back up.
Workout Routine: A PowerBuilding program.

% based program off of estimated 1RMs that is block periodized on the compound lifts. Each cycle has different % of 1RM, rep, and set skeem. Other ancillary lifts are bodybuilding/hypertrophy focussed. Feels good to lift heavy again!
