My goal is to achieve the highest powerlifting total possible
My routine is squat Monday, bench Tuesday, Deadlift Thursday, and Accessory (typically a bench variation and a squat variation) Saturday. Each one comes with accessory lifts and if I feel antsy I’ll go do arms/side&rear delts/lats on a Wednesday or a Friday or even as a second workout on a core lift day.
