An Chilean student doesn’t need the rigor of a British student. A Guatemalan needs a degree of rigor that will provide a pathway out of poverty. In Guatemala that is very different than in Arkansas. Perhaps they need education in electronics repair, small engine repair, basic bookkeeping, etc. A certificate from a respected international institution that tells local employers that this person has skills and qualities they are looking for is enough.
