I mean - sure, maybe they DO want more money. I suppose that wouldn't shock me.

But my first thought upon reading the statement about being treated differently was that they wanted re-broadcast rights and/or wanted rights to broadcast games that aren't being broadcast by the media partner without having to pay the conference for that right.

I didn't think they were referring to more money until I read the next sentence.
