An honest and accurate evaluation would look at a typical 8+ year cycle.
It certainly was NOT an 8+ year cycle fully through both a mens and womens WC cycle. Nor was it typical because the men did not even qualify during their chosen span. They cherry picked a time span that was most unrepresentative.
