Maybe there is an argument that balls and strikes need to be called by a robot/computer. But other than that, is there a "problem" that those solutions are targeting?
As for stealing first, can you imagine such a rule in little league? Kids would just stand up there until a passed ball and then run. Easy base! It defeats the purpose and intent of baseball ... to hit the ball.
As for moving the mound, I think the game is currently well situated for the hitter. Lots of long balls and lots of hitting these days.
