just the fact that you have to pay $100 to watch the games is exactly part of

the problem.

The only people who will do that are baseball fans. How will they get new fans if you can't even participate in the product without shelling out for it?

Games on TV is what bred a whole generation of new fans. But where are those new fans going to come from now?
