Lol @ the Lefty dropping the bat and taking off as soon as the ball is pitched. If it's a strike, does that make
him automatically out regardless if the catcher doesn't throw to first?

If it's a right handed batter and he takes off and gets beaned, is it a "hit batter" and he advances to first automatically?

Not that either scenario (especially the last) will be legal, but it would be funny.
