He's probably a generally decent guy with a short fuse and blinded by hate
when it comes to BYU. He's not the only guy like that.
It's because of people who act like that in my wife's office that she is no longer a Utah fan after being a lifelong BYU hater. When coworkers mistook her for a BYU fan back in the beginning of our marriage, they got nasty with her like this Wunderli guy. People she previously respected got very ugly.
After getting a taste of it from the BYU side, she immediately converted to a BYU fan and a Utah hater.
I imagine that Wunderli doesn't recognize how ridiculous he sounds.
