As a non-LDS and hardcore Utah fan even I can say unequivocally BYU is a mission arm of the Church, and a great, fine example of the Church’s teachings overall (there have been some isolated controversies), even at times to the detriment of the athletic teams. Much respect and props for that.

BUT that is just his (one person’s) opinion. Haha I see all kinds of similar posts about the U and U fans being garbage, garbage collectors, etc and it doesn’t bother me on a personal level, to the point where I write angry post after post at said person. I do like to interact and ‘needle’ BYU fans on here because you guys are a passionate fanbase and we are rivals. Plus I will say as a fanbase overall, at least on the sports aspect, BYU fans are more knowledgeable than most other fanbases about their sports (I also ‘troll’ Pac12 groups as well, def not as knowledgeable about their sports as you guys).
