A seminar I was speaking at. I committed to go somewhere new and purchase one home per day for 30 days. I won't tell you how that turned out but the challengers did agree that it was possible based on what I was able to accomplish. I believe real estate is always a good vehicle but sometimes the strategy needs to be changed to match the era.
