I disagree completely. My first property was a duplex purchased with FHA loan

And $750 total cost including down payment. I do not want to make it sound like it is easy but it is doable as many are posting in this thread. I was simply stating that return on investment is much higher than most people understand. I am a strong believer in buy and hold rather than quick bucks.
