And how do you feel about private equity real estate? I'm looking into some firms in this space who look pretty impressive and have been used by many on Bigger Pockets with great success.
Also, I have always been told to get my RE exposure through VNQ, but the downside is that I don't get to include any depreciation against the cash flow. Furthermore, the fund/etf has to calculate a daily NAV, which is subject to investor market fluctuation whereas as direct investment is worth what it's worth. Do you bother with funds in RE?
Any other points to consider?
