Actually, I think we get mad at him more for taking risks and going for 2...

A risk reward assessment should always be done. In event of MLM, the risk is far greater than the reward. The risk of working hard for a few years and starting a legit business, or going to school to learn skills that will get you a good job has a much more favorable risk:reward ratio.
