One time.
That’s not much of an accomplishment. I never said they were a joke, I’m just looking for some actual accomplishments. Colorado came into the league as one of the worst programs of the 2000’s era and I would argue they have surpassed Utah and accomplished more during that time while starting out with much less.
They’ve had some nice wins, and even more embarrassing losses. Won the south once. Been in a position a couple of time to win the south but choked. Have had consecutive losing seasons, and played in a few lower tier bowls.
Still not convinced of this narrative that Utah is for real based on accomplishments.

What are the recruiting limitations? Utah should be able to compete with all teams in the PAC without an issue except
