Interesting cherry picking going on there....
Not going to check your numbers because I am sure they are correct. I do find it interesting that you used conference wins for the past 12 years... not sure how that is relevant with the Utes not being in the PAC for 4 of those years. I am sure your inclusion of the last 4 years in the MWC didn't change their ranking... must have been just an interesting oversight...
You then move on the the last 10 years... which once again include 2 years in the MWC that I am sure have no influence on the numbers you have provided...
I am not arguing that Utah has been successful in the Pac... but at least use numbers that aren't inflated with MWC years. Utah is doing very well and deserve to be getting the publicity that they are, but you definitely cherry picked the stats you wanted.

What are the recruiting limitations? Utah should be able to compete with all teams in the PAC without an issue except
