Awesome. I too am an advocate of Keto.

Though I don't currently struggle with some of your other concerns, keto has helped me to get in the very best shape of my life at the age of 44. I've been VERY active throughout my life and regularly work out, and keto has helped my joints and GI system feel a ton better!

Yep. I tried a few, I found that Wellbutrin made the biggest impact for me.

These. They're pricey, but you only need one/day. I also mixed in some MCT powder, and I didn't need much else.

Mostly diet, but I am naturally more active now as well. I will be working in planned exercise soon.
