Yep. I tried a few, I found that Wellbutrin made the biggest impact for me.

My doctor actually talked me into trying a short run of Phentermine, during which I noticed a significant difference in my emotional outlook. Since long-term phentermine is a no-go, I studied up and found that Wellbutrin has similar effects on mood, so I tried that. It did wonders.

These. They're pricey, but you only need one/day. I also mixed in some MCT powder, and I didn't need much else.

Mostly diet, but I am naturally more active now as well. I will be working in planned exercise soon.
