This is awesome! Thanks... It reminds me that I need to follow the advice:

"BEGIN. The rest is easy."

I think the hardest part for me is to actually begin, then to stick with it. If I take that on as a daily task "BEGIN." then the rest of the day will be easy by comparison. Now to find that consistency for me...

These. They're pricey, but you only need one/day. I also mixed in some MCT powder, and I didn't need much else.
