Mostly diet, but I am naturally more active now as well. I will be working in planned exercise soon.
I did do some some regular walking/hiking to train for the backpacking trip.

Yep. I tried a few, I found that Wellbutrin made the biggest impact for me.

These. They're pricey, but you only need one/day. I also mixed in some MCT powder, and I didn't need much else.
