Take away 3 turnovers? Seriously? We can’t just act like those three turnovers didn’t happen and we can’t act like it wasn’t Utah’s superiority that led to the pick sixes. Their defense forced those. We didn’t just hand them to them.

So yeah, take away three turnovers and it’s close but how does that console anyone at all??

Also, people complimenting the D and making excuses for them. The first half, the D was good. No doubt. But what’s amazing is it’s clear at halftime they decided “let’s just hand the ball off every time and see how it goes” and we had absolutely no answer. They marched on us at will. The D was absolutely horrible in the second half. I’m told by people who watched on tv that they didn’t come back to the game after the rain delay so maybe that’s why people think the D was okay. They didn’t see the 9 minutes that ensued after the rain delay. Although it was just like the time before it so they should know what it looked like.
