Is it an "outlier" when it happens every game? Sometimes, multiple times? (referring to defensive touchdowns by Utah vs BYU)

The "If this did/didn't happen then" game can go every which way....but there is a large sample size to show that MAYBE... just MAYBE, those aren't "outliers" in this game.
