And you're right. Those two plays could change the outcome. But to only pick those two is not a fair assessment. What if you pick the two interceptions that Burgess dropped? Or what if Utah Huntley hits a wide open Thompson instead of getting tackled on the 4th down play. A football game has on the order of 150-180 plays. Choosing two that you didn't like isn't being honest with yourself. I bet there were 10 very impactful plays in that game. It would only be fair to assess all 10.
