Yes, that makes sense. But all of these arguments could be made about the NFL.
The players make more in the NFL than in college, but the NFL lie is much much larger. So players in the NFL are being restricted quite a bit.

And the motivation for the salary restrictions in both leagues could be for competitive or financial reasons (it could be argued).

Regardless, I’m just saying the argument that college athletes are “uncompensated” is hogwash. They get so much more in benefits and services than they could ever afford, even if they were given a solid wage.
