Is skimming the top of the grass enough?

Seriously, how do you define your toe touching the ground? (isn’t grass part of the ground?)

If his foot did skim the grass, I think that’s enough. I don’t think that video evidence was sufficient even to determine that he “skimmed” the grass.

I don't think his touched the ground. It may hav skimmed the top of some grass, but it never touched down.

Probably. But w/ BYU goggles on it's not down if it only touches the top of the grass.
