that's what I got out of it and have seen it
my brother played college ball. He was heavily recruited. Part of that was because he could play and part of that was because he was put in the correct systems when he was young. Did well in those systems and ended up on great teams with great coaches that were very connected with D1 programs. When he was a freshman I think like 13 kids from his team got D1 offers, to good schools too.
