Everyone remembers 2006-2009 when we had John Beck (not Broncos recruit) and Max Hall back to back. Thereafter it was a steady decline into mediocrity with no end of year rankings, assistant coach musical chairs, quarterback derby, poor recruiting, and successive bowl losses to Washington, Memphis, and Utah.
Washington is insanely talented this year and was simply the better team. No shame at 2-2.
