You are focusing on one part of the post. That part I have no problem with your
point of view. If we lucked out and got a guy that has us going 8-4 for a few seasons and left, Bingo, awesome.
My point is playing roulette every 4 years isn't my idea of running a successful program.
If you think now and then a good coach and a few years we are 8-4 is a successful program, great. It is just an opinion.
Mine and yours is just an opinion. Would you agree with me on that.
