I agree with all of this
The only thing I'll add is that the 'arrogant' parents of girl number 1, after watching her cry her eyes out at homecoming and prom, are desperately hoping she gets asked to the anything before the year is over, and any arrogance or posturing is now long gone. Media rights, etc. are no longer an issue because BYU knows they are in a desperate situation. At least I really, really hope they know how desperate their situation is.
