The team at the bottom of the conferenc (colorado) beating a not bottom of the big 10 team is good for the pac 12. Houston, again, is a factor of wazzu being at the bottom of the conference beating a team whos losses have come against Oklahoma, SMU, UCF, Cincy, Memphis (all top 30 caliber teams) and a solid Tulane team. They also played something ridiculous like 3 games in 12 days iirc. Much better than their record and thats a good relative win for a team at the bottom of the conference. Had BYU not lost to the bad teams they've lost to you could argue them over Nebraska and Houston.
