I don't get it? I have no link to the U of U
They hate my team and some of their more obnoxious fans crudely mock my religion. I do not live in Utah (like the vast majority of church members). After losing to BYU spectacularly most of my life, they have recently started beating BYU.
Why am I obligated to cheer for them?
For the reasons I stated above, I am *much less* likely to cheer for the U of U than most other college teams. But, I guess you are saying I should start cheering for Clemson and South Carolina to support local teams?
I am glad Smack cheers for BYU.
