So seems like most thing it is coaching

I tend to agree. I don't believe that the drop 8 scheme right now is purposeful, it is necessary based on lack of talent to rush the passer. However, I do think most of that is on the coaches. Not identifying the right needs in recruiting. Not winning over those targets in recruiting. Then not developing the talent appropriately.

I am glad Kalani got an extension but there needs to be a shakeup on the defensive side. Tuiaki just isn't getting it done.

I don't buy the excused about honor code and academics. Teams get it done with similar academic standards. Just be better at your jobs. If coaching was easy, we could all do it.
