My point is that BYU needs speed DEs and they could be 240
We are not supposed to be running a 4-3. In college, it is very hard to have great pass rushers with speed that can also weigh 270+ and move like that. I would be fine with lighter and speedy pash rushers built more like Takitaki, Kehl or KVN. Bulk up some of these long and rangy LBers to 230 to 240 and put them on the outside of big 2 gap DTs.
