the playoff, it's a feather in their cap. When Utah does well, they have another advantage in recruiting over BYU. I don't want them to have that advantage. I want every advantage to shift toward BYU, and that includes Utah not getting further away.

Also, while I don't like him, KWhitt is an excellent coach. I want Utah to struggle enough that fans blame him and he retires to go on a mission. Or golf. Or TV broadcasting (wait, maybe I don't want to see him that much).

Also, I don't like yewts and don't want them to have one more thing to brag about. If yewt fans were respectful, I could support them in their successes, but too many of them are not.

But all things considered, my primary reasons for wanting Utah to struggle are based on how it affects BYU.
