He could never say so publicly, but our coaching staff leaves a lot to
desired for recruits that have potential to go to the NFL. We have issues with scheme we have issues with player development and we have issues with strength and conditioning. Gentry absolutely has that potential. He will have the opportunity to play against a lot more NFL type players in the ACC.
Gentry will get better coaching and he will be able to have a coaching staff that has similar values as his own. Had we had better coaches at BYU, he would have been here, no question. I still have hope for him to come to BYU after his mission.

Almost 5 star (.97 composite) LDS OL with BYU in his top 4 and his brother at BYU and he goes to UVA? Not a good look.
