I would say it's close. Wilson was a bottom third NCAA QB this year.
The others looked great. And don't bring up the competition thing, Wilson looked awful against the likes of Toledo, Hawaii, and Idaho State.

Wilson's decision making in crucial moments of a game is something I am having a hard time getting over.
