"backpacking in the Italian Alps" cha-ching! Yeah sounds like fun.
But I doubt a good old ward-run friends of scouting drive could cover that price tag.
I disliked scouting because of the cost of stupid things like uniforms, and because the marching, chanting, self-important poppin jays who thought the mountains were a great place to fall in line rather than relax.
Too much pomp and celebrity for me. Same reason why I hate graduation ceremonies.
