I'm a wimp when it comes to these things. I know it would make sense, but I just don't have the guts
to do it. I am middle of the road, so I split my extra money between paying down the mortgage aggressively and investing. Trying to hedge my bets I guess. I'm talking about extra money, after maxing out retirements accounts, etc.
