I don't think the Big 12 will exist indefinitely. It could but I just don't

think it's a guarantee. I would say the same about the weaknesses of the Pac 12 but they are so geographically isolated that I think they will always exist. But the Big 12 is geographically close and could be easily swallowed up by the other three conferences (at least the power players could).
