This is so healthy though. The rules should always be a cognition thing, but they should be a gutteral “feel” thing too.
I think people run into trouble when they get too comfortable without having PERFECT discipline.
It’s best to never feel too comfortable, so when an inevitable cognition error occurs you have that guttural back up.
I still don’t feel good about having a barrel pointed my way that I’m 100% sure is safe. And that’s good with me.
